Barrow Investment Management, Inc. is a Registered Investment Adviser founded in 1983 by
Alston M. Barrow, President. Mr. Barrow is a 1962 graduate of Vanderbilt University with a B.A. in Economics/ International Affairs. He is a native of Louisiana and has lived with his family in Tampa since 1971. Mr. Barrow worked at F.S. Smithers & Co. and Kidder Peabody prior to serving as President and Director of Lykes Insurance, Inc. Before starting Barrow Investment, he was the founder and editor of the newsletter Favorably Positioned Stocks.

Kim Michel has worked in the Tampa Bay area for over 20 years. She is experienced in both the investment advisory and commercial banking business. Ms. Michel received her Series 66-Investment Adviser Representative designation in 1997.
